Life Coaching Practice

I’m launching my private life coaching practice. Mid to late career professionals and retirees are looking for more meaning and fulfillment in their careers and their lives and I can help.

Last year I began taking on private life coaching clients. I quickly knew I was making a difference and I loved it. I was highlighted in a Stanford Business School magazine article on encore careers. I was a guest speaker at Stanford Business School’s career class “Reimagining Life’s Next Frontier”.

After decades of coaching executives and professionals as part of my role as a tech executive,  I now also help clients put their careers in the context of their lives. I apply mindfulness practices and a growth mindset to help clients learn to enjoy their life journey every step of the way rather than assuming happiness will come from some future success. Happiness can drive success. I help clients align their careers and personal lives with their values to design lives with purpose, meaning and fulfillment.

I provide both life and career coaching. Life coaching allows me to share my methodology based on my experience and learnings. As an experienced tech executive, clients also appreciate my deep understanding, empathy and compassion for working in Silicon Valley. I can help them manage corporate careers and we work to ensure those careers support and amplify their personal happiness.

Life coaching is a rewarding complement to the business and tech consulting I’m doing to social enterprises in Africa and India through Stanford Business School and Santa Clara University’s Miller Center. Life coaching allows me to make a direct impact on individual people, something I always found so fulfilling.
